Try not double

Doubling with a distributional hand is generally a bad idea. With these two hands for example, its not a good idea to double

Don't double with a 6 card suit, just bid it naturally (rare exception in a completely different situation - as responder when bidding the suit would be forcing)

It's true you have both the other suits, but a double does not convey 5-5 in those suits. With 5-5 shape, try to just bid naturally, don't double. (or if available, bid michaels cue bid showing 5-5 in both majors)
