I would not splinter on this hand. You can just bid 4♠ unless your system has a different way of treating the hand, for example if you play Bergen raises you can bid this as a strong Bergen - but don't upgrade it to a splinter which needs to have a certain character (Aces and Kings), not just a set amount of points.
