"Negative double" is a name people often use to refer to the double made after partner has made an opening bid - which is different to a "takeout double" which is made when partner has not yet bid. In this context, where partner has opened a minor, we should just simply bid our 4 card suits. Double would be wrong, playing standard methods double should show both majors exactly 4 cards. CONTRAST that with the previous video, when partner opens 1 minor, just bid your 4 card suits, or double to show exactly 4 cards in each suit. These situations are very commonly confused and people overlap the meaning. Keep them separate, they have different meanings.
