I've said that one of the most profitable habits in bridge is to compete and not allow the opponents to sit on the 2 level in a fit. But two of the more important reasons to think twice If we have a lot of points in their suit - it will mean that we will struggle to declare a different suit, our loser count could get very high If we are vulnerable, point 1 matters even more.
For me this hand would be a clear pass. I have all my points in their suit, even though I would like to compete, my suits are too bid and being vulnerable it is not the time to risk going 2 or 3 off for a terrible score.
